The Purple Level works to develop computer science skills by finishing up all of the drone’s configuration needs. Once RubiQ is all set, ready and willing, head to the flight field to get the first taste of line-of-sight flight by practicing how to take off, hover, land, pitch and roll. By the end of Purple, pilots will have a great grasp of just how much skill goes into piloting a drone. From pre-flight configuration to high-speed maneuvers, it isn’t something you can just walk into — it takes practice.
